The St. Philip's School Council is the advisory panel to the Pastor on matters regarding the school. The council consists six elected members, the superintendent, the principal, a Parish Council liaison and two staff personnel. The elected terms are three years each The meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month, August through June, at 6:30 p.m. A member of the School Council also represents the school at School Board meetings of the Diocese of Crookston. The 2009 - 2010 officers for St. Philip's School Parent Association are: Dorie Muller Chair The St. Philip's Parent Association is a volunteer group of parents dedicated to serving St. Philip's School and is a standing sub-committee of the School Council. The purpose of the Parent Association is to provide support to the School Council by engaging parental involvement in the school through school activities and fundraising. The Parent Association serves as an advisory committee to the principal. Membership is open to all interested parents and guardians of St. Philip's School. The meetings are held the third Thursday of each month school is in session at 3:30 PM.
